 Dopo un’accurata attività di Ricerca e Sviluppo, CRP Technology è lieta di presentare la nuova versione di Windform® LX: Windform LX 2.0.
Windform® LX 2.0 si sostituisce completamente alla precedente versione, avendone ulteriormente migliorato le già eccellenti prestazioni.
L’evoluzione del nuovo Windform LX® 2.0 è infatti percepibile sia dal punto di vista delle caratteristiche tecniche del materiale, sia sotto il profilo della sua lavorabilità.
Windform® LX 2.0 mantiene la tonalità nera opaca, che lo contraddistingue e si caratterizza per un buon carico di rottura (migliorato rispetto al Windform LX), per una buona rigidezza, per elevate caratteristiche di resistenza in temperatura e buona finitura superficiale.

 CRP Technology sarà presente alla seconda edizione del salone internazionale dedicato al motorismo da competizione MotorsportExpotech dal 14 al 15 ottobre 2009 presso il quartiere fieristico di Modena.
CRP Technology parteciperà alla manifestazione nella duplice veste di espositore e di relatore, insieme a CRP Racing, importante team motociclistico e reparto corse dedicato alla ricerca e sviluppo in ambito racing.
Vi aspettiamo presso il nostro Stand C2, Padiglione A, per discutere ed approfondire insieme eventuali possibilità di collaborazione e di supporto nel campo della Prototipazione Rapida e Rapid Manufacturing, oltre ovviamente alle lavorazioni meccaniche ad alta precisione e al Rapid Casting.

 Fino al 12 luglio CRP Technology sarà presente al prestigioso Festival di Spoleto all’interno del padiglione viaggiante di Viabizzuno “Viaggiando” con l’installazione realizzata interamente in RP e Windform XT.
Si tratta di un contributo che CRP ha promosso in favore di Viabizzuno per far conoscere anche al settore dell’illuminotecnica, le sue tecnologie e materiali innovativi.
Non solo motorsport, ma anche design! L’opera presentata in anteprima al Fuori Salone di Milano nelle giornate di aprile è ora in viaggio per le manifestazioni più importanti di arte e cultura.
Il progetto rappresenta un significativo impegno da parte di CRP Technology in un settore al di fuori del racing, in cui la funzionalità e l’aspetto estetico del prodotto non conoscono limiti grazie alla tecnologia del Rapid Prototyping e ai materiali Windform.

 GOOD PROPERTIES AT A GOOD VALUE, THE WINNING FORMULA!
CRP Technology has developed a new SLS powder: WINDFORM® LX that goes to enrich the wide range of RP materials, particularly well-known and appreciated for their great quality and reliability.
Windform® LX is a new polyamide-based material reinforced with new generation glass fibres whose good technical properties make it particularly suited for functional applications and finished complex parts.
It is a naturally black powder and it is characterised by good UTS and stiffness as well as high level of resistance to temperature and good surface finish.
According to the current economic scenario CRP Technology has given birth to a material able to satisfy the needs for quality at good value.
Windform® LX is perfect to create functional prototypes or finished parts that require reliability, good resistance and a captivating mat black colour.

Windform XT will be on stage at one of the most important design event together with Viabizzuno: Fuori Salone 2009. Contribute supplied by CRP Technology to Viabizzuno is expressed through the use of Rapid Prototyping in the 1:10 scale models for the outdoor luminaires made of Windform XT.

CRP Technology announced that it has appointed Mike Kelly CTS as UK distributor of its leading Windform® composite materials for the Laser Sintering market.
Effective immediately, the Windform® line of products will be available from Mike Kelly who during the last 15 years has held senior positions in a number of European operations, involved with the development and implementation of a wide range of applications, more recently based on the emerging Advanced Digital Manufacturing technologies and materials.

 CRP Technology is pleased to announce that the European Patent Office has now finally completed the novelty examination of the European Patent Application N° EP1634693 of CRP Technology concerning Windform® XT and, as a consequence, has officially communicated its intention to grant the corresponding patent.
Windform® XT is a composite material of a new generation, developed and produced by CRP Technology, whose mechanical characteristics make it the excellence and suitable material in Rapid Manufacturing.
