CRP Technology and WINDFORM®: a week in first row in Germany

In the last week, CRP Technology took part to two big and successful Events, and is happy to give you all the details.

The Euro U-Rapid, International User’s Conference & Exhibition on Rapid Prototyping & Rapid Tooling & Rapid Manufacturing, that took place in Frankfurt has been a great success.
Mr. Giampiero Testoni – CRP Racing Managing Director and Founder - during the 8th International User’s Conference on advanced Rapid-Applications, has illustrated the last high-tech RP applications, made by Laser Sintering Technology and WINDFORM® materials, on 125GP Honda racing motorbikes.
In particular he explained the benefits coming from the use of WINDFORM® material and the Rapid Manufacturing technology to produce a special dashboard to host the motorbike’s electronic system developed internally by CRP Racing, which had to be light and stiff at the same time. Completely different from the original one, a new support was needed and the positioning of the exhaust servo motor had to be changed as well.
The new Windform® XT dashboard made by SLS has a big news indeed: it is an all-in-one ECU, DATALOGGER and DASHBOARD box!

The 14th edition of Euromold (World Fair for Moldmaking and Tooling, Design and Application Development) that took place as usual in Frankfurt has hosted this year the CRP Technology booth made in collaboration with Amber Composites Ltd -a leading supplier and manufacturer to the composite, tooling and adhesive market- that is the official distributor of WINDFORM in the UK.
It was for Ing. Livia Cevolini - CRP Technology Marketing and Sales Director - a great occasion to be part of this fair. “Once more, CRP Technology had a great showcase to exhibit its latest products and to confirm all over the world its quality and its high performance products making all the difference”.
CRP Technology is really happy to have been part of this important fair: an international industry meeting point!
